To register fill and submit the online registration form or print the pdf-version and send it by fax or normal mail to the conference secretariat.
Payment must be received no later than the closing of banking hours on said date.

Children under 12 years old do not need to pay the registration fee. For the prices of their excursions and events, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Note! The registration fee does not cover insurance or accommodation. Travel insurance is recommended.
Terms of payment
All payments (registration fees, hotel deposits, social programme and tours) should be made in advance in Euros. After receiving your registration form and payment Tampere Conference Service will send you a personal confirmation letter by e-mail (or post).
Two methods of payment are possible:
1. Credit card: VISA, Master Card or Eurocard are accepted.
Clearly state your credit card details on the registration form. If the given information is wrong or the credit company does not give authorisation to charge your account, the payment and your registration cannot be processed. Your registration becomes valid only after the whole registration fee has been paid.

Make sure to give the participant’s name in the bank transfer details. Please note that all payments should be free of bank handling charges.
Note! Invoices will be sent only upon request. An invoicing fee of 15 euros will be charged.
Bank drafts as well as personal, company or traveller’s cheques are not accepted.
Letter of confirmation/receipt
After receiving the registration form and payments Tampere Conference Service will send you a personal confirmation letter by e-mail (or post).
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation of any kind has to be made in writing (e-mail) to Tampere Conference Service Ltd. Please note that for organisational reasons refunds will not be made until after the Conference. All refunds will be made at the exchange rate of that date. The organisers or the Conference Secretariat cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.
Cancellation of participation
Registration fees are refundable with a deduction of EUR 85 for administrational expenses provided that the participation is cancelled by 15 March 2008; 50 % cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between 15 March 2008 and 15 April 2008. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 15 April 2008. There will be no refund for no-shows.
Cancellation of room reservation, social programme and tours
Should you cancel your hotel room, social event, excursion or tour reservation by 15 April 2008, a refund of 50% of the payment will be issued. No refund will be made for cancellations received after 15 April 2008.
For organisational reasons, refunds will be made after the conference. To obtain a refund, please inform the Tampere Conference Service of your full bank account details in writing (e-mail).
